Art Therapy:
Transpersonal Art Therapy is an integrative and holistic therapy that focuses on the well-being of the body, mind, emotions, soul / spirit. Depending on the client’s individual needs, client-centred counselling and various Art Therapy processes may be incorporated into a session. This could include working with Drawing, Mandala, Collage, Dream work, Myth, Ritual, Mask, Symbols and Focusing. There is no analysis or interpretation by the art therapist, however an amplification process may be used to enable the client to explore and gain insight from their art work. No prior experience with art is necessary in order for benefits to be gained from Art Therapy.

Reiki:
Reiki, a Japanese word meaning Universal life energy, is a powerful, simple and non-obtrusive natural healing system that enhances the life – force of the recipient so their innate healing ability is activated and supported to achieve optimum health. The practitioner is a channel for, rather than the source of the healing. The Reiki energy has its own intelligence and knows what is required to bring your body and mind into balance.

Meditation:
The practice of Meditation has many benefits.  It can allow deeper states of relaxation, peace and stillness to be experienced, health benefits such as stress and pain reduction, increased Awareness of self and others, learning to be in the present moment, a sense of ‘coming home’ to your inner essence.
Depending on individual needs, various techniques can be experienced and taught to provide tools for ongoing practice and the ability to integrate Meditation into daily life.
