Marika is a counselling psychologist with particular expertise in helping children and families to cope with life’s challenging situations.  Her extensive experience as a school counsellor and district guidance officer has developed Marika’s interest in the problems which can make life tough for children, young people and their parents. She is skilled in all family, relationship and educational problems. 
By providing individual and family counselling, Marika helps with parenting problems; behavioural issues; managing anxiety, stress and depression; dealing with conflict at home, work or school; lack of progress in school or university; teasing and bullying; reluctance to attend school; relationship issues; study skills and time management; coping with major life transitions and grief and loss.
